From the very get-go, you could tell this was a very well-oiled machine. Amber was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful in reserving our date, coordinating our day of services, payment schedule, and appointments for my trial. Becki was amazing, thoughtful, and easy to get along with. I had tried the On Stage extensions a few months before the wedding however unfortunately my scalp had a bad reaction and I was getting an increase in headaches. Becki was so understanding and squeezed me in ASAP to get them taken out. In order to not lose out on my investment, she suggested we turn them into clip-ins so we could still use them. Let me just say that was a genius idea. I was able to get the body and length without the stress on my scalp. On the day of my wedding trial, my original make-up artist was under the weather, and Becki was able to coordinate another co-worker to come in, let alone on a Sunday, without causing me any stress. Yadi stepped up and made me feel so beautiful and really captured my vision for wedding day makeup. On our wedding day, the entire team was on time and ready to go. They listened to everyone’s requests and knocked it out of the park.
