Frequently asked questions from our Brides:

How far in advance should I book my wedding day beauty?

We have a few of spots remaining for 2023 weddings, you can fill out this form to book your wedding date.

We have a large number of brides already booking for 2024!

Is the trial included or do I have to pay extra?

Bridal trials are priced separately. Some brides prefer to have 2 different trials to try out different looks.

You can find more information about our packages here.

Do you travel to my hotel or wedding location?

Absolutely, our team of stylists travels to your hotel, venue, home, wherever you would prefer to get ready on your wedding day.

We also have a private bridal suite inside of our salon that you can get ready in if you feel more comfortable in the salon with our chairs, lighting, and mirrors.

When should I schedule my trial?

We recommend scheduling your trial for one of your bridal activities, wedding shower, bachelorette party, etc. That way you can have your hair and makeup done for the event!

Book your trial at least 6 weeks in advance.

Do I have to sign a contract to schedule a trial?

To secure your date, we require a signed contract and $300 deposit (which gets applied to your final balance). Once your date is booked, you will work with our bridal coordinator to schedule your trial.

When is my deposit due?

Your $300 deposit is due to secure your wedding date. We cannot hold your wedding date until that has been received. This season has been VERY busy! So the earlier you get your deposit in to secure your date the better.

Are lashes included with bridal makeup?

Bridal makeup always includes lashes. If anyone in your bridal party would like to add on lashes, it is a $25 charge per person.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included in our pricing. Brides/bridesmaids typically give our stylists gratuity in cash the day of the wedding.

You can discuss options with our Bridal Coordinator if you have a special request.

How can I submit our wedding to be a Featured Wedding on your website?

We love when our brides share their story with our team! We featured one wedding each month, and would love if we could feature yours!

Click here to submit your wedding photos and a review.

We would also love if you left us a review on The Knot or Wedding Wire.

How should my bridal party have their hair prior to your arrival?

We ask that everyone have clean, dry hair prior to their services. If you are receiving makeup as well, we recommend your face be clean and moisturized. We will handle the rest!

How much time do we need to set aside per person?

For each bridesmaid and Mother (bride and groom) receiving hair and makeup, we recommend planning for 1-hour each. You will be working with our bridal coordinator to determine how many stylists need to attend based on your timeline and amount of girls receiving hair and makeup.

Flower girls will be less time, and our bridal coordinator will also be able to plan the details for you.

When is our remaining balance due?

Your final balance, minus your deposit, is due at your bridal hair / makeup trial. Credit card, check or payment transfers are accepted as payment at the salon.

What if I have to add additional people to receive hair and makeup?

We need at least 2-weeks notice to accommodate additional requests for hair and makeup.

You can email our bridal coordinator at weddings@onebridalcompany.com to coordinate the details.

What should I bring to my trial?

Bring any hair accessories you would like us to include in your hair for your wedding day. If you are using fresh flowers, we can incorporate those in your look the day-of and are not necessary to bring with you to your trial, unless you would like.

Your veil is not necessary, we will plan your look around the placement of your veil.
